Waterjet Conveyor Cutting & Slitting Systems

Waterjet conveyors slice various food products including fish, baked goods, protein, produce, and paper sheets.

Waterjet cutting offers significant advantages over blade methods including longer shelf life, perfect portion control, eliminating tool replacement, and cross-contamination risks.

Continuous, clean water flow ensures precision cutting with a diamond orifice that is .005 inches, adaptable from one-dimensional, multiple cutting nozzles, cross-cutting, to 5-axis robotic systems and automated packaging.

Automated waterjet lines facilitate seamless product handling, from cutting to packaging and palletizing, ready for shipment.

Because the diamond orifice is used to maximize cutting life, typically the size of the stream is a width of a human hair at speeds up to 3,000 feet per second. There is no water absorption during the slitting of paper products when water jets are used.
