Grinder Hole-in-Glass

• Developed in 2018 to meet automotive demand for new “hole-in-glass” products (e.g., Ford F-150 applications)
• Introduced a previously unachieved process, with Glassline engineering a fully automated production line
• Initially designed for cutouts up to approximately 24″ x 24″
• Expanded to accommodate a wider range of product sizes and applications
• Available in both manually loaded and automated configurations
• Flexible loading options, including robotic load/unload or servo shuttle based on customer layout
• Equipped with a high-quality KMT waterjet pump for reliable performance and service support
• Optional features include automatic grinding wheel stoning and garnet removal/filtration
