IDUS technicians that designed our HPP machines and support our vessel technology started with high pressure cutting machines for the food sector in 1998. Today, more than 700 waterjet machines for food have been installed in more than 50 countries. Among them is the biggest waterjet food cutting installation in the world, with 372 nozzles and 1.25 MW of power at 3000 bar. This machine is ready to be sold with the CE marking. It is a small and simple 6000 bar machine made with the same concepts as the rest of the range: horizontal vessel, wire wound vessel, and capable of running at an industrial pace. Its objective is to help food developers make their job.

THE NEW IDUS 25L HPP MACHINE IS A GAME-CHANGER FOR STARTUPS
With startups and companies with low production rates in mind, we have developed a new small scale HPP unit, our brand new Idus 25L. A compact HPP machine with a 25-liter vessel and an inner diameter of 160 mm.
During 2021, we found that small companies were in need of affordable and cost-effective HPP units. The only option for those companies was either purchasing a big unit they would have iddle most of the time or outsourcing the process at an excessive cost.
