CT KESME WATERJET CUTTING MACHINES

CT CUTTING TECHNOLOGIES – Company Overview

  • The first domestically manufactured waterjet cutting machine in Türkiye was produced by our founders in 1998. It was the fourth machine in operation nationwide, following three imported units, and was used for contract cutting and demonstration purposes.

  • Since 1998, we have manufactured nearly 150 machines, exporting to Germany, Ireland, Greece, Russia, Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and the Gulf region.

  • Our machines incorporate globally recognized, high-quality components. Combined with our advanced design and manufacturing capabilities, we have achieved approximately 75% market share in Türkiye’s waterjet cutting machine sector.

ABOUT CT CUTTING WATERJET MACHINES

  • All stages of production—design, stainless and structural steel fabrication, machining, CAM software development, electronic system configuration, and final assembly—are performed in-house. This vertical integration ensures complete quality control, rapid technical support, and deep application expertise.

  • Our in-house waterjet cutting workshop enables continuous product refinement, ensuring our machines consistently meet real-world performance demands. Ongoing R&D efforts support evolving customer requirements and new applications.

Waterjet Machine Manufacturing

  • We deliver high-performance waterjet systems designed for long-term durability, precision, and consistent production quality.

Our Waterjet Machines

  • Waterjet cutting machine manufacturing and sales are our core business.
  • Of approximately 220 waterjet machines in operation in Türkiye, 165 have been produced by our company.

  • Heavy-duty ball bearing elements ensure robust support and reliability.
  • Backlash-free screw and nut mechanisms provide precise mechanical drive.
  • Fixed, tensioned screws with movable nuts minimize vibration and improve system dynamics.
  • Machines with travel over 5,200 mm use precision ground rack systems (Atlanta D or Güdel CH) with low-backlash servo gearboxes (2–5 arc min).
  • Fully enclosed bellows protect mechanical components from dust and moisture.
  • All water-contact components are stainless steel; moving parts are aluminum.
  • Replaceable, non-welded slat grids feature an interlocking, bottom-clamping design for easy maintenance.
  • Bottom-clamping system reduces vibration in sheets and cut parts.
  • Workpiece sits flush with tank edges, enabling safer and easier manual loading/unloading.
  • Ribbed tank design increases rigidity with load capacity up to 1,500 kg/m².
  • Siemens CNC controls, servo motors, and drive components ensure reliable performance.
  • Proprietary, Windows-based control and CAM software offers intuitive operation and multi-user capability.
  • High-torque servomotors are optimized for long, trouble-free operation below electrical limits.
  • Electrical design, assembly, and support are handled in-house for fast, expert service.
  • System integrates KMT high-pressure pumps and cutting heads.
