baixas press\u00f5es empurra o pist\u00e3o, que tem um \u00eambolo conectado a ele.<br \/>\nA \u00e1rea do pist\u00e3o \u00e9 20 a 30 vezes maior que a \u00e1rea da extremidade do \u00eambolo.<br \/>\nPortanto, a press\u00e3o mais baixa sobre a \u00e1rea maior do pist\u00e3o \u00e9 convertida em uma press\u00e3o mais alta sobre a \u00e1rea menor do \u00eambolo.<br \/>\nIsso gera press\u00f5es press\u00e3o constante devido \u00e0 sua capacidade de manter a press\u00e3o comandada independentemente do estado em que a bomba se encontra, seja em curso ou ociosa.<br \/>\nA condi\u00e7\u00e3o ociosa geralmente \u00e9 resultado do fechamento do fluxo pela v\u00e1lvula \u00e0 medida que o cabe\u00e7ote passa entre os cortes ou chega ao final de um corte. <\/p>\n<p>As bombas de acionamento direto usam um virabrequim para mover \u00eambolos que pressurizam a \u00e1gua at\u00e9 60 KSI, muito semelhante \u00e0 forma como as lavadoras de press\u00e3o operam. As bombas de <a href=\"https:\/\/kmtwaterjet.com\/kmt-waterjet-triline-55000psi-direct-drive-pump\/\">acionamento<\/a> direto, tamb\u00e9m chamadas de bombas de fluxo constante, exigem um controle m\u00e1xima de corte poss\u00edvel entre 10 e 20%.  <\/p>\n<p>Um cabe\u00e7ote de corte que dispara consistentemente um jato do orif\u00edcio at\u00e9 o meio do tubo de focaliza\u00e7\u00e3o (chamado de alinhamento), juntamente com um projeto eficiente de c\u00e2mara de mistura, garante um bom desempenho de corte.<br \/>\nO alinhamento tamb\u00e9m evita o desgaste prematuro do tubo de focaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e garante que a energia n\u00e3o seja desperdi\u00e7ada pelo desvio do jato da parede interna do tubo de focaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p>Para equilibrar o desempenho do cabe\u00e7ote com a vida \u00fatil, geralmente recomenda-se que o di\u00e2metro interno do tubo de focaliza\u00e7\u00e3o seja tr\u00eas vezes o di\u00e2metro do orif\u00edcio da joia. Por exemplo, um orif\u00edcio de 0,010 pol. seria acoplado a um tubo de mistura de 0,030 pol. de di\u00e2metro interno. usando a mesma pot\u00eancia a 90.000 PSI, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 um orif\u00edcio de tamanho m\u00e1ximo de 0,010 pol., com uma taxa de fluxo reduzida.<br \/>\ncom uma taxa de fluxo reduzida.   <\/p>\n<p>Se ambos os jatos tiverem a mesma pot\u00eancia, onde voc\u00ea entra no potencial de aumento da velocidade de corte?<br \/>\nA resposta pode ser encontrada simplificando ainda mais a equa\u00e7\u00e3o, dividindo a pot\u00eancia pela \u00e1rea da se\u00e7\u00e3o transversal do jato (A) para obter a <em>densidade de pot\u00eancia<\/em> (Pd).<br \/>\nComo antes, K \u00e9 uma constante e P \u00e9 a press\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pd = K \u00d7 <sup>P15<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A pot\u00eancia da equa\u00e7\u00e3o anterior depende da press\u00e3o e do volume, mas a densidade de pot\u00eancia depende apenas da press\u00e3o que a bomba est\u00e1 gerando e, por extens\u00e3o, da velocidade do jato.<\/p>\n<p>Lembre-se da f\u00edsica de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de jato de \u00e1gua abrasivo.<br \/>\nAs part\u00edculas abrasivas s\u00e3o aceleradas pelo fluxo de \u00e1gua de alta velocidade;
