The Story of Pardo Fruit and Vegetable Machinery

The Story of Pardo 3.0 Fruit and Vegetable Machinery begins in 1974, when Francisco Pardo founded “Maquinaria Pardo.” Hence the “3.0” designation for the third generation. With nearly 50 years of experience in the design and implementation of fruit and vegetable processing line systems , we are prepared to meet any challenge. Furthermore, our company has a policy of investing in the future, focusing on new processing and packaging techniques, and implementing automation and robotics to reduce repetitive and strenuous work for our employees.

The experience accumulated by being at the forefront of technology and vertical integration in manufacturing guarantee that our products are designed and manufactured with the highest quality for the most demanding installations.

Our mission is to offer products with the best quality/price ratio, manufactured with top-quality materials to achieve optimal results.

The patented Pardo 3.0 stem cutting system is manufactured exclusively in 304 stainless steel, thus guaranteeing maximum durability and finish quality.

The cutter is capable of producing 4 units per second (6,000 kg/h) at cruising speed. In addition, it makes a straight cut thanks to the innovative cutting head and cushioned clamping system, which adapts to the different sizes and thicknesses of broccoli.

Our cutter prevents wrist injuries caused by repeatedly cutting broccoli stems. The concept itself allows for considerable space savings and improved warehouse organization by centralizing broccoli intake and waste disposal.

Effective State-of-the-art Solutions
