ABOUT TECHSERV<\/strong><\/span>
Created by engineers for engineers, we\u2019re the only company that fully manufactures its CNC machines in the UK. All our machines are produced in-house using the latest technology, including waterjet cutting and robot welding.<\/p>

Since 1986 we have manufactured over 900 CNC machines, supporting a diverse range of businesses worldwide. From our smallest fabricating machines to our largest shipbuilding machines, all our CNC waterjet machines are equipped with our own CNC software system. We manufacture custom high-pressure water jet cutting machines with high-specification EtherCat drives and KMT ultra high-pressure intensifier pumps and cutting heads for precise and robust performance. Our machines feature advanced CNC software and a PC-based CNC controller for versatile cutting capabilities.<\/p>

All our water jet cutting machines are made to order. We also produce specialised cutting systems using waterjet technology for specific industry uses, ranging from food production to the nuclear industry.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>

The TechServ CNC system is optimised for water jet cutting with an intuitive interface. It provides automatic corner slow down algorithms and wiggle pierce functions. It also offers pre-set cutting parameters and finish quality selection, making it ideal for high-precision cutting.<\/p>

Our bespoke water jet cutters are configured to suit your needs. If you are cutting lighter materials, the machine and waterbed can be combined with the rails mounted to the side of the waterbed. For heavy-duty applications, the waterbed and rails are separated, with the rails securely mounted to the floor.<\/em><\/span><\/p>
