Wasserstrahlschneideanlage in die automatische Kommissionierung und Verpackung von Produkten zu integrieren.<\/em><\/span><\/p><p>Dieses Verfahren hat die Entwicklung des abrasiven Wasserstrahls, der zum Schneiden von h\u00e4rteren Materialien wie Stein, Glas und Metallen verwendet wird, sogar noch \u00fcberholt. Im Gegensatz zum Abrasiv-Wasserstrahlschneiden wird jedoch nur reiner Wasserstrahl zum Schneiden von Papier und <a href=\"https:\/\/kmtwaterjet.com\/de\/anwendungen-industrien\/industrie-hpp-wasserstrahltechnologie-fuer-verbesserte-haltbarkeit-von-lebensmitteln\/\">Lebensmitteln<\/a> verwendet. <\/p><p>Der saubere, sehr d\u00fcnne Wasserstrahl (d\u00fcnner als eine menschliche Haarstr\u00e4hne) f\u00fchrt nicht dazu, dass das zu schneidende Material Wasser aufnimmt, wodurch die Integrit\u00e4t des Papiers erhalten bleibt. Die Technologie erzeugt auch keine hitzebeeinflussten Zonen, w\u00e4hrend sie pr\u00e4zise und schnell schneidet. Die Effizienz des Verfahrens macht das Schneiden mit Wasserstrahlen zu einer effektiven L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Hersteller von Papier- und Wellpappenverpackungen.  <\/p><p>Das Wasserstrahlschneiden mit reinem Wasser ist die ideale L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das Schneiden und Schlitzen von Papier- und Kunststoffbahnen sowie von Kartonplatten. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/kmtwaterjet.com\/de\/schneiden-von-loesungen\/kmt-waterjet-produkte-pumpen-schneidkoepfe-mehr\/\">Technologie<\/a> wird bereits in gro\u00dfem Umfang bei der Herstellung von
