KMT Waterjet E-Series Pumps Provide Economic High Pressure Cutting
The KMT Waterjet E-Series of Streamline™ SL-V pumps are equipped with the most popular and essential pump features for efficient production of 55,000 psi water pressure, at a very economical price.
KMT Waterjet designed the E-Series pumps to provide basic performance and economy as an alternative to costly laser and plasma cutting. The system includes the most essential water jet cutting features of the full-featured PLUS-Series without compromising on performance, whether the end user requires pure water or abrasive cutting technology.
The KMT waterjet E-Series pumps can be used for granite fabrication, plastic fabrication, machining titanium, and waterjet metal cutting and stone cutting. They are specifically designed to be less expensive than the top-of-the-line intensifier pumps from the KMT Waterjet Plus-Series while also remaining efficient, open, and functional. The main difference is that many Plus-Series upgrade options were excluded from the E-Series water jet pump. While these waterjet pumps don’t have the option of pump redundancy, proportional control or being networked with other machines, they will perform the basic pure water or abrasive cutting functions while delivering high-pressure waterjet cutting with great reliability.
For economical, pure water cutting of food, rubber, plastic or composites, use the NO/NC Water-only Cutting Nozzle with the KMT Waterjet E-Series Pump. For economical, abrasive waterjet cutting of steel, stone, tile or brass, use the IDE™ Diamond Abrasive Cutting Nozzle with the KMT Waterjet E-Series Pump.
